Kickboxing...tat's it!!!
it's a great martial art tat reali v cn hit, punch & kick 2 release...besides exercing & sweating,v oso learn 2 protect ourself (a.k.a cari gaduh)...indirectly it builds our confident ...haha...i think is enough 4 me about "promoting" kickboxing....
2day,due 2 test & raining,there r onli a few ppl attending d practise...s usual punching,kicking,boxing...bt when d practise almost cm 2 an end....v r introduced 2 another practise...

bc 2 reality,v al guys r asked 2 lie down close 2 each other...& all d gals r asked 2 walk past us by stepping on our abdomen...all guys r asked 2 tighten our stomach....
